By turning on this auto-post highlights feature, we will automatically generate short video clips from your shoppable LIVEs ("LIVE Highlights") for automatic posting from your TikTok account. You can view these LIVE Highlights and edit your settings by going to the LIVE highlights module, and you can delete posted LIVE Highlights by going to the Live highlight toolkit. You understand and agree that: (i) you will review all LIVE Highlights to ensure that they are accurate, truthful, and comply with the TikTok Shop Seller Terms of Service (if you are a local seller), Global Selling Seller Terms of Service for TikTok Shop (if you are a global-selling seller) or TikTok Shop Creator Terms of Use (if you are a creator), and other platform policies, and will promptly delete LIVE Highlights posted through this feature that are inconsistent with any of these criteria; and (ii) to the maximum extent permitted by law, you are and will remain solely responsible for any usage of this feature and the content which is generated and posted pursuant to this feature, and TikTok and its affiliates will have no liability in this respect.
